thanks to a recent online tarot reading, i finally understand quiet alone time for some people is not only a preference / luxury, but a basic need for the soul just like water/ food to the physical body.
over the years, i do realized being alone quietly, preferably outdoor with nature, is vital for maintaining a healthy system.
yet for most people, the reverse is true. and it seems noise making is on the rise. when walkman / portable music player was first produced, everyone cycle / jog with headphones on. now more people turn on speakers loud.
everywhere people talk loudly, even in nunnery /outdoor places that r suppose to facilitate us connect to nature/ our essence / the one consciousness
while there r times that communication is really needed to get messages across, i would say at least half of most conversations is not necessary, even create too much sufferings for oneself and others :
complaining about what others did / did not say or do;
judging others wrong;
to show that one is superior;
getting support / agreement from others;
imposing ideas / beliefs / concepts on others; ….
or simply want some attention like babies
how much i wish that quiet zone can be implemented in restaurants / cafes asap so that customer’s right to enjoy zen eating can be respected.
of course a more fundamental way would be for the mass to turn on their silent mode more often.
it takes much consciousness to observe our thoughts, therefore words. and certainly takes time for one to turn inward and connect more often with our true essence / high soul / the source instead of focusing on externals.
it is an ability to enjoy being alone. cutting down talking can be the first step.
may we all turn on our silent mode more often and use our hearts to see, feel, connect with all..
this world will certainly become a more adorable place
